At Abirami Stay, we understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Guests are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount if the reservation is cancelled within the allowed cancellation period, as mentioned at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline or on the check-in date are not eligible for any refund.

Refund Policy

  • The refund amount will be 50% of the total booking value.

  • Any applicable taxes, service charges, or payment gateway fees may be deducted as per booking terms.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

No-Show Policy

  • If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Early Check-Out

  • No refund will be provided for early check-out once the stay has commenced.

Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
